A Little About Us
BODYBAR Pilates is a boutique fitness franchise with studios across the country, all teaching our signature BODYBAR method. BODYBAR Scottsdale Ranch is owned and operated locally and we pour ourselves into the studio and our community. Our workouts are dynamic, strength-focused, and big on form. But what really sets us apart is the community. We lead with CHEER and positivity. Whether you're on the studio floor or at the front desk, our team brings passion, and purpose every single day.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with big energy who loves helping people feel strong and seen. As a BODYBAR Instructor, you'll teach form-focused classes that build strength, confidence, and community. You'll motivate, you'll cue, you'll connect, and you'll give members a class they can't wait to come back to.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Living the BODYBAR mission and bringing that energy into every class
- Teaching the BODYBAR method in a way that challenges and supports every fitness level
- Giving clear, expert cues so members feel safe, aligned, and confident
- Helping members with modifications, studio policies, and current promos
- Owning your schedule, including finding a sub quickly when you need one
- Getting to know your members before, during, and after class so everyone feels welcome
What You'll Need
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others
- Great communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and how the body moves
- Pilates or group fitness experience (nice to have, but not required. We'll train you!)
- Successful completion of BODYBAR's Instructor Training Program
- Current CPR & AED certification
- Proof of instructor liability insurance when requested
Certification
- Required BODYBAR Pilates 300 Hour Certification required
- Mandatory in-person teacher training dates: Nov. 6,7,8 | Jan. 9&10
- Certification costs: $750-$1500 DOE
